Artist Statement by Gregory Beylerian
Galactic Impressions is a journey through sound, color, and light, an exploration of presence and propulsion. It is both an outward voyage into the cosmos and an inward passage into the soul.
The work draws from my lifelong fascination with the forces that move us, engines, fuels, waves, and the invisible energy that propels being itself. As rocket engines ignite to pierce the void, waves of sound and light converge in this digital expression, evoking both the vastness of space and the intimate terrain of self-awareness.
In creating this work, I encounter myself as poet, engineer, and seeker. The process is a dialogue between mystery and understanding, between the human urge to explore and the divine flow that guides it. When alignment is pure, action becomes effortless, dynamic, and full of life force. Like a rocket propelled by fire, I am moved by the grace of flow, surrendered, fearless, and alive.
To live without fear of darkness is to live freely. In transcending the fear of death, I discover life’s true pulse, unguarded, vibrant, awake. Fear builds the walls of our own imprisonment; love and awareness dissolve them.
Galactic Impressions emerges from this liberation, an energetic trail, a poetic exhaust of cosmic creativity. It celebrates the beauty of movement and collision, the dance of particles and sound, like celestial music choreographed by unseen hands. It honors the continuum between science and spirit, between mathematics and mantra, mandala and geometry, the sacred patterns that unite all creation.
This work stands as a bridge between opposites: the rational and the mystical, the mechanical and the divine. It is a meditation on unity, the realization that all dualities resolve in the same eternal stillness.
My process is guided by exploration and grace. I navigate each moment through breath and awareness, regulating my vessel of flesh and bone into a state of open, relaxed alertness. Through this state of being, I become an instrument, a resonant channel for frequencies to flow through sound, light, and form.
Galactic Impressions is the release of that resonance, the imprint left from traveling through time and space with an open heart. It is a visual symphony of energy in motion, a reflection of life practicing to live courageously and truthfully, aligned with the rhythm of the cosmos itself.
