This behind-the-scenes video captures a few moments from a special creative recording experience with the legendary Yungchen Lhamo who is often considered the “voice” of Tibet. At the EarthStar Creation Recording Studio in Venice California, I brought my duduk which is an ancient Armenian woodwind instrument and had the profound and beautiful opportunity to improvise a musical composition with Yungchen Lhamo.
