Three Dimensions of Being | Flow Line Face 07 07 26
“Body, heart, and mind are three expressions of one conscious being. Learning how to align them transforms the life you create.”
This Flow Line artwork emerged through an active meditation practice. The accompanying writing is the principle that revealed itself during the same creative process. One speaks through image, the other through words, both arising from the same state of presence.

The Three Dimensions of Being
“The body, the heart, and the mind are not separate parts of who you are. They are three expressions of one conscious being.”
The Love and Truth Practice views the human being as an integrated system expressed through three dimensions: the body, the heart, and the mind. Just as water can exist as solid, liquid, or vapor while remaining H₂O, these three dimensions are different expressions of the same conscious life. They are not independent of one another. Each continually influences the others.
The mind expresses itself through thoughts, beliefs, and perception. The heart expresses itself through feeling, intuition, and compassion. The body expresses itself through energy, sensation, and action. Together they reveal the quality of our inner alignment and ultimately shape the life we create.
The practice begins with sincere observation. Our thoughts reveal the frequencies we live by. Our emotions reveal the vibration of the heart. The condition of the body reveals whether these dimensions are living in harmony or tension. This kind of self-observation requires courage, because it asks us to see ourselves without judgment or self-deception. The ego often resists this honesty, yet it is through honest observation that transformation begins.
The Love and Truth Practice is not about becoming someone new. It is about bringing the body, the heart, and the mind back into alignment so they function as one coherent expression of our highest nature. As this harmony develops, creative intelligence flows more freely, our actions become more intentional, and our lives begin to reflect the truth we carry within.
What many people call luck is often the natural result of alignment. When our body, heart, and mind move together, we participate consciously in the creation of our lives rather than leaving our experiences to chance. The practice is simply the art of living in that alignment, moment by moment, with awareness, sincerity, and love.
