I Am Love | Flow Line Faces 07 08 26
Flow Line Faces are created through an active meditation that cultivates an open, relaxed, and alert state of presence. From this same creative state, the accompanying Love and Truth Principle naturally arises. The drawing becomes the visual expression of the meditation, while the writing reflects the insight revealed through it. Together, they are two expressions of a single experience of conscious creation.
I Am Love
“Love is not something you acquire. It is what remains when nothing within you resists its expression.”
The Love and Truth Practice begins with a simple yet transformative realization: you are love. This is not a metaphor, a poetic ideal, or something to achieve. It is your essential nature. Yet if this is true, why does love so often feel distant? Why do fear, anger, judgment, and suffering seem to define so much of the human experience?
The answer is not that love is absent. It is that we have learned to close ourselves to it. Through fear, conditioning, disappointment, and pain, the body tightens, the heart protects itself, and the mind fills with stories designed to keep us safe. What was once naturally open gradually becomes guarded. Love has not disappeared; its expression has simply become obstructed.
The Love and Truth Practice is the art of removing those obstructions. Through active meditation, we continually return the body, the heart, and the mind to a state of open, relaxed, and alert presence. This is not a practice reserved for moments of meditation or the quiet of a retreat. It is a way of meeting every moment of life. Every conversation, every challenge, every success, and every disappointment becomes an opportunity to remain open rather than contract into fear.
This is why the practice is so simple. You are not asked to become someone else. You are only asked to observe where you have closed and to gently return to openness. Again and again, without excuse and without exception.
No circumstance can take this from you. Others may influence your life, but they cannot choose the condition of your body, your heart, or your mind. The key has always remained in your hands. The freedom to open or to close is the deepest responsibility, and the greatest gift, of being human.
To live from love is not to add something to yourself. It is to remember who you have always been. Every moment you choose openness over fear, you allow your true nature to express itself.
You are love.
The practice is simply to remember… and live from this truth.
