Align With The Current

Artist Statement:

This figurative art video was created as a devotional act,  a process of deep surrender, presence, and trust.

The work emerges through a co-creative experience between myself and another human being who enters the studio with me. Together with the body, the camera, paint, sculptural materials, sound, and evolving technologies, we step into an open field of exploration. Nothing is pre-decided. Nothing is performed. The process unfolds through listening.

Photography, painting, sculpture, sound, and innovative technological tools, including AI,  are merged and allowed to inform one another organically. No tool is excluded. No medium is privileged. I follow intuitive guidance without judgment of value, hierarchy, or virtue. The single orientation is absolute devotion to the present moment.

The sound within this piece was shaped to support relaxation, surrender, and alignment,  guiding the nervous system out of tension and into flow. Image and sound move together, mirroring the inner shift from resistance to trust.

The figurative form becomes a vessel for this process. Like swimming upstream versus resting into the current, the body reveals what happens when control softens and life is allowed to move through us. This is the essence of aligning with the current,  not passivity, but attuned participation with what is already here.

Rooted in the Love and Truth practice, this work reflects the alignment of mind, heart, and body with now. From this state, intuition awakens, creativity flows, and life feels guided rather than forced.

A visual and sonic meditation on surrender, presence, and remembering the natural current that is always carrying us forward.

Love & Truth Principle:

Many people today are taught that success and happiness come from reaching external goals, money, status, relationships, careers, recognition, or comfort. Society measures success by what we can see: bank accounts, houses, cars, titles, and achievements. From an early age, we are trained to chase these outcomes by working harder, moving faster, and competing more. Our education system and culture reinforce the idea that pushing forward is the only way to move ahead.

What we are rarely taught is how to slow down and relax. In fact, slowing down is often seen as lazy or unproductive. Ambition is usually tied to speed, pressure, and constant effort. Yet there is a powerful paradox here: when we slow down and relax, life often moves forward more smoothly and efficiently. Instead of forcing outcomes, we begin to move with the natural current of life.

So Imagine that trying to rush or control everything is like swimming upstream. The harder we push, the more resistance we create. When we relax and trust the current, we allow life to carry us at the right pace and in the right direction. This does not mean giving up or doing nothing. It means learning to trust the flow of the present moment. When we align with the now, anxiety eases, fear softens, and we stop feeling overwhelmed.

This is the foundation of the Love and Truth practice. It teaches us to align our mind, heart, and body with the present moment. The mind settles into the frequency of now. The heart matches the vibration of calm and trust. The body relaxes into a steady, grounded energy. Together, these create a state of presence that is open, relaxed, and alert. This is what it means to align with the current.

When we live this way, we naturally awaken our inner guidance system, our intuition. Like an internal GPS, it leads us toward our highest potential and the deeper visions behind our dreams. There is no struggle or resistance here, only clarity and direction. Creativity flows more easily. Solutions appear. Life feels guided rather than forced.

Fear and anxiety arise when we resist the current and try to control life from tension. Alignment brings ease, clarity, and a sense of trust. This is how we move from suffering into harmony, from reacting to creating. By practicing presence and alignment, we become conscious creators of our lives.

This approach does not require belief, philosophy, or ideology. It is something to experience directly. When practiced sincerely, anyone can feel the difference between resistance and flow. Aligning with the current is simply learning to trust the present moment and move with life, rather than against it.
