“The Kiss” Mural installed at The Monrovia 12 Plex

• Commissioned for The Monrovia CInema 12 Krikorian Theatre Monrovia, CA.
• Size: 30 feet by 32 feet.
• Medium: Specially developed process using archival inks on a spun back canvas.
• Architect: Gensler
• Concept: The design of this building was inspired by the architecture of the 1930’s while simultaneously fusing very contemporary design attributes. Therefore the objective for the artwork was to match the approach aesthetically by celebrating the great classic films of the 1930’s in a contemporary way. Innovations were made in the production technique of creating these large scale works of art that would integrate various mediums and newly developed technologies to create the works.
