Unveiled Heart

“Unveiled Heart”
The unveiling of the heart is the practice of letting go of beliefs that hold you back and cause unnecessary suffering. Think of suffering as a signal—like a message being sent to you, the observer, the one in charge of your life. Your life is like a ship, and you are the captain.
•Your body is the ship that carries you.
•Your heart is like a GPS, guiding you toward what feels true and loving.
•Your brain is the computer that helps you process and run the system.
Now, imagine wearing blinders like a horse—those little shields that keep the horse from seeing more than what’s right in front of them. These blinders are like limiting beliefs: thoughts or ideas that keep you from seeing the truth of who you are and the world around you. Sometimes, society, other people, or painful experiences (like trauma) influence you to adopt these beliefs without even realizing it.
But here’s the important part: no one else can force these blinders onto you and You are the only one who can choose to remove them. This is your power—no other person, structure, or force can control your ability to see the truth.
How do you remove these blinders? I practice “Love and Truth”. Practicing love—toward yourself and others—and being honest about your feelings and beliefs will help “lift the veil” from your heart. This process brings a new kind of clarity, like turning on a light in a dark room. It helps you see yourself for who you truly are: an infinite being full of love, possibility, and potential.
Ancient wisdom even says that “God is everywhere.” If this is true, then God cannot leave you out because you, too, are part of everything. You are not separate from that infinite presence.
So, lifting the veil of the heart means waking up to the truth of who you are—a being of limitless love and potential, ready to live and experience the fullness of life. This realization is the key to your freedom.
