Truth of Intuition
“Intuition becomes recognizable when the human system is aligned enough to receive guidance beyond what the intellect already knows.”
Human beings are educated extensively in the development of the intellect. We learn to analyze, compare, calculate, remember, and reason. Yet intuition often receives far less attention, even though traditions across history have explored forms of inner perception and direct knowing.
Some traditions symbolized this deeper perception through the third eye: an inner way of seeing beyond the ordinary oppositions through which the intellect interprets experience.
Love and Truth approaches intuition through direct experience rather than belief.
Every person eventually faces the challenge of discovering a path that cannot simply be borrowed from someone else. Family, culture, education, and society can offer possibilities, but fulfillment requires discovering what resonates with the truth of our own Being.
The heart serves as an intuitive GPS.
The intellect remains essential for reasoning, discernment, planning, and interpreting what is already known. Intuition serves another function. It can reveal a sense of direction or possibility before we can fully explain why. Awareness becomes captain, intuition provides direction through the heart, and the intellect helps us navigate intelligently.
This relationship is developed through practice.
Through daily alignment exercises and active meditation, we breathe body, heart, and mind into an open, relaxed, and alert state of presence. As the system moves toward greater coherence, the heart becomes more receptive, the body more responsive, and clarity of mind emerges naturally.
Within this inner ambiance, intuition becomes easier to recognize.
Fear, judgment, conditioning, anger, shame, and habitual thinking can narrow perception and obscure the quieter signal of intuition. As awareness develops, we become more sensitive to the difference between reactive impulses and the deeper guidance that emerges through alignment.
This is central to the Hero’s Journey. The path ahead cannot always be known. At some point, the map ends and the journey requires presence, courage, and enough trust to take the next authentic step.
Your path cannot be borrowed.
Intuition helps us recognize that path because it keeps the journey connected to the Authentic Self rather than inherited expectations.
Love and Truth therefore treats intuition as a human capacity to be developed, experienced, tested, and refined through life.
Breathe into presence, sustain an open heart, allow clarity to emerge, and develop the courage to follow the intuitive guidance that reveals the path uniquely yours.
