Let It Flow, A 360° Drum Circle Experience

This drum circle was recorded live in Los Angeles on July 27th, 2024. The facilitation technique utilized is a flow dynamic exercise based on the love and truth practice that creates an open flow state, allowing life force energy to move through body, mind, heart and environment, thus creating a connected resonance with everyone participating. It is an excellent meditation technique that does not require drum or music knowledge or any prior experience with any form of meditation. This drum circle experience can be described as a form of playful meditation that induces a harmonious state of well-being that is connected with others and something more profound, deeper, and essential for humanity and life, UNITY.
