We Are The Field | Flow Line Face 07 04 26
This Flow Line Face was created through an active meditation practice. The accompanying Love & Truth Principle arose from the same state of presence, one expressed through line and form, the other through words.
We Are the Field
“We are not separate observers of life. We are participants in the reality we help create.”
We often experience ourselves as separate individuals moving through an external world. From this perspective, life appears to happen around us or to us. We forget that our presence is continually interacting with everything we encounter.
The Love and Truth Practice offers another way of understanding our relationship with life. We do not merely exist within a shared field of experience; through our thoughts, emotions, words, and actions, we contribute to its quality. Fear creates one atmosphere. Love creates another. Tension, compassion, judgment, and presence all move beyond the boundaries of the individual and influence the relationships and environments we enter.
Modern physics reveals that reality is more interconnected and mysterious than ordinary perception suggests. Yet quantum science does not prove that thought alone can command events, heal illness, or manifest every desire. Its language may offer a powerful metaphor, but Truth asks us not to confuse spiritual insight with scientific certainty.
What we can directly observe is that our inner state shapes what we perceive, how the body responds, the choices we make, and the way others experience us. A contracted mind sees danger and limitation. An open heart recognizes connection and possibility. The energy we embody becomes part of every conversation, decision, and creation.
Through active meditation, we return the body, heart, and mind to an open, relaxed, and alert state of presence. We become aware of the thoughts and emotions moving through us before unconsciously expressing them into the world. This does not give us complete control over life. It gives us responsibility for the quality of consciousness we bring to it.
The practice is simple. Before entering a room, beginning a conversation, or taking meaningful action, pause. Observe the inner state you are carrying. Is it the field you wish to strengthen? If not, breathe, soften, and return to the heart. Choose the quality you want your presence to contribute.
We are always influencing and being influenced. Every person we meet changes us, and we change them. Every loving action enters the greater atmosphere of life, just as every fearful reaction does.
To say we are the field is to recognize that separation is incomplete. We belong to the life we are shaping. When we align with Love and Truth, our inner transformation becomes part of the transformation around us.
