Become The Projector | Flow Line Face 06 22 26

Flow Line Faces are works of active meditation, a practice I’ve nurtured since my early adult years.

The work is a practice to surrender to the present moment and draw with trust, no preconceived ideas, no judgment of whatever takes shape on the page. Over time, this deepens a way of living from intuition, where the artist becomes a channel for the higher self.

What lies at the heart of it is simple: follow the love and wisdom of the heart rather than the fear and judgment of the mind.

This is the way of the “Flow Line Faces”.

While creating Flow Line Faces (active meditation drawing practice) this insight arose:

Become the Projector

“Do not wait for the future to define you. Begin embodying the future you wish to create.”

Many people live as though reality is something projected onto them. They react to circumstances, repeat inherited patterns, and allow the past to determine what seems possible. In this state, life becomes a screen upon which fear, habit, and expectation continually replay themselves.

The Love and Truth Practice invites us to become conscious participants in creation. We may not control every circumstance, yet we can influence the direction of our lives through the inner state we cultivate, the possibilities we imagine, and the actions we repeatedly choose. The future is not a single fixed destination. It is a field of potential shaped through relationship with the present.

To become the projector is to recognize that imagination is not merely fantasy. It is an instrument through which consciousness rehearses new ways of being. When we clearly envision a desired future and experience its qualities within the body, heart, and mind, we begin to loosen our identification with the reality created by the past.

The quiet state between waking and sleep can be especially receptive. The analytical mind softens, the body relaxes, and imagination becomes vivid. In this state, we can enter the experience of a chosen future, not simply observing it from a distance, but feeling ourselves living within it. We sense the peace, courage, freedom, or fulfillment the vision represents as though these qualities are already awakening within us.

This is not a way to command life or guarantee a particular outcome. It is a practice of alignment. Through active meditation, we allow the heart to clarify whether the vision is loving and truthful, while the mind helps give it form. The body begins to recognize the future not as something impossible, but as a direction toward which it can move.

A vision becomes powerful when it changes the way we live now. Each loving and truthful step strengthens the reality we are choosing, while each unconscious reaction reinforces the world we already know.

You are not merely the screen upon which life appears. You are also the awareness, intention, and action through which new possibilities are projected into form.

See the possibility. Embody its truth. Live in its direction.
