The Trinity Perspective | Flow Line Face 083126
Art and insight emerged through the “flow lines” active meditation creative process:
The Trinity Perspective
“Freedom begins when we can observe both sides of experience without becoming trapped inside either one.”
Human experience is often understood through polarity: positive and negative, pleasure and pain, creation and destruction, love and fear. Love and Truth introduces a third position, the awareness that can observe both sides without becoming completely identified with either one. This is the Trinity Perspective.
From this centered position, we do not need to deny what we consider negative in order to choose what we prefer. Fear can be recognized without becoming our direction. Difficulty can be seen without allowing it to define the whole. The ability to witness both sides creates the space in which conscious choice becomes possible.
Without this awareness, we can become trapped within polarity. When something unwanted appears, we react against it, judge it, resist it, or become overwhelmed by it. We may believe we are choosing, when in reality conditioning, trauma, fear, and the ego mind are choosing for us.
Love and Truth therefore works to expand self-awareness. Through active meditation, we learn to observe what is happening within body, heart, and mind without immediately becoming identified with it. The mind develops clarity, the heart remains open, and the body stays relaxed enough that we can remain present with what is actually occurring.
This creates the balanced center.
From here, we can acknowledge what we do not prefer without invalidating its existence. We can see anger without becoming anger, recognize fear without allowing fear to steer the journey, and understand another perspective without surrendering discernment. Awareness becomes wide enough to hold the whole while still allowing us to choose a direction.
This is the difference between unconscious reaction and conscious creation.
The creator does not require reality to contain only what is preferred. The creator develops enough awareness to observe what is present, discern what is aligned with the deeper truth of the self, and act accordingly. We become less occupied with fighting what we do not want and more capable of giving our energy to what we consciously choose to create.
As awareness expands, beliefs, conditioning, trauma, and the limited identity of the ego become easier to recognize. The mind becomes clearer, the heart more available as our intuitive compass, and the body able to carry that direction into action.
The Trinity Perspective is therefore not passive neutrality. It is the conscious space between polarities from which meaningful choice becomes possible.
See the whole. Hold the center. Choose from the heart, and let your actions express the life you consciously wish to create.
