It Lives Within | Flow Line Face 081226

Art and insight emerged through the “flow lines” active meditation creative process:

It Lives Within

The power you seek is not outside you. It is the consciousness through which you experience and create your life.

Language has a remarkable ability to separate us. Throughout history, human beings have used different words to describe what they experience as the ultimate source of life, God, Source, consciousness, divine intelligence, nature, energy, or something beyond language. We can become so attached to the label that we begin arguing about whose description is correct, while missing the experience to which the words are pointing.

Perhaps the deeper question is not what do we call it? but how do we experience it?

Across religious, spiritual, philosophical, and scientific traditions, there is a recurring recognition that consciousness participates in how we experience reality. Prayer, meditation, visualization, contemplation, and creative action all point in different ways toward the possibility that the inner state of the human being matters profoundly to the life we create and experience.

Love and Truth is not a practice of choosing one institution or belief system over another. It is an invitation to explore this directly. Instead of asking an authority for permission to discover what is true, we turn our attention inward and observe. What happens when the mind becomes clear, the heart becomes open, and the body becomes aligned? What happens when thought, feeling, and action move together rather than against one another?

This is the practice of alignment.

The mind gives direction. The heart gives the quality of that direction. The body brings it into action. When these aspects of ourselves are aligned with the deeper truth of our being, we enter what Love and Truth describes as the creative flow state, a condition of open, relaxed, alert presence in which action becomes more intuitive, purposeful, and alive.

In this sense, the power does not belong to the empire, church, the laboratory, the mystic, or the manifestor. These are different languages and frameworks through which human beings attempt to understand the same mystery of being alive. The invitation is to move beyond the argument over names and return to the experience itself.

You do not need to believe everything you have been told. You can observe. You can practice. You can discover.

The kingdom you are searching for is not somewhere else. It begins with awakening to what already lives within you.
