Flow Line Face 05 07 26
Flow Line Face 05.07.26
This work emerged through my Flow Line drawing meditation, a practice I have developed since my early 20’s as both an art form and a meditation. For me, this approach to drawing is a way of slowing down, becoming present, and allowing intuition to lead.
In this process, the face often appears as a mirror, reflecting something of the self, the human experience, and the many layers of identity we carry. While drawing, I move between two states: observing and creating. One part witnesses, while the other surrenders to the flow of the line.
Through daily practice, this process has become a way of training attention, trust, and presence. It has shaped not only how I make art, but how I move through life, learning to let go of control, stay open, and meet what arises with honesty.
Each Flow Line Face becomes a record of that moment: a trace of awareness made visible. More than a portrait, it is an expression of inner reflection and connection.
This piece is an invitation to pause and look, not only at the drawing, but inward. To reflect on identity, connection, and the shared humanity that exists beneath the surface. At its core, this practice is about presence, surrender, and creating from a place of openness.
