This flow dynamics action painting was created by participating in a live stream event by the National Kids Yoga Conference.

I was one of those kids whose life was transformed by being taught meditation as a teenager.

Invited by Abby Wills, founder of Shanti Generation to participate in the 2021 National Kids Yoga Conference by live streaming from the studio an action painting that would be created by listening intently and following the dynamics of the workshop with the paintbrush.
